Whether one arrived by plane, car, or drone - all those who were able to attend this past weekend's Spring Revival at Aiken, SC were blessed! We were thankful to arrive in time for the Friday evening service and to enjoy the /sautrday evening Praise & Teaching (Reaching the Lost) session by Rev. Ron Gaddis (Richmond, VA). As witnessed by couple members from the AFCDC church family, the celebrated Risen Christ Easter service in Richmond Apostolic Faith Church filled this little house of worship with instrumental selections by several young talented musicians, then oral recitation (poetry) on the meaning of Easter. These were complimented by congregational singing and a short skit on personal decision in following Jesus. The service concluded with a powerful message on why the risen Savior had to walked out of the tomb in order to enable us to walk in righteousness. Truly a blessed Easter Sunday.

...He is not here, He is risen. Some glad morning, the saints will rise to meet Him in glory. Be ready! HAPPY EASTER TO YOU ALL

The conclusion of our Spring Revival 2019 today (March, 24) was blessed with a closing message of "ARE YOU READY" for the mid-night change - a powerful message by our revivalist Rev. Eli Segres, Pastor of the Apostolic Faith Church, Aiken, South Carolina.

Today March, 17, 2019, marks Washington DC's opening Sunday for week long special meetings (March 17-24, nightly meetings starting at 7:30 pm). We were so blessed to have Brother Bob Downey and his wife, Sister Cheryl, for our opening special Sunday service today. If you're in the area, please join us.

Today, we celebrated both the soon marriage and immenient departure of our beloved Sister Chidinma Okwum-Emulo. The Women's Fellowship hosted a short but very sweet Bridal Shower, to wish her well, enjoy festive celebration, and pray for God's blessing as she sets up home with her groom. Sister Chidnma departs for Nigeria and her wedding on the 13th. We'll miss her (very much!) but our prayers and happiness go with her.
